For more than 15 years, I have worked as an esthetician, and I have learned that the face tells the truth. It shows me tension, exhaustion, inflammation, held emotion, and the places where life has been asking too much.
I pay attention to all of it. The way you breathe. Where your jaw braces. What your nervous system is doing. What I feel beneath my hands and in the energy of the room. Then I shape the session around you.
Behind that instinct is more than 15 years of hands on experience and a body of training that has grown alongside the work. I am a Master Esthetician, Reiki Master, Foot Zone Therapist, 200 hour yoga instructor, Kundalini Yoga teacher, breathwork, meditation, and HypnoBreathwork® facilitator, somatic coach, hypnotherapist, Past Life Regression Therapist, and sound healer.
My advanced studies include Dr. Vodder lymphatic drainage, connective tissue massage, buccal massage, multiple methods of Gua Sha and facial reflexology, crystal healing, and years of advanced education with respected skincare educators and professional lines. And honestly, that still is not the whole list. I am currently studying Qi Gong, deepening how I understand breath, movement, energy, and balance.
I do not use every tool in every session. I use the right ones for you.

That was never an accidental extra. It was the work showing me what Sirona wanted to become.
Sirona is now a boutique spa, wellness studio, and crystal sanctuary in historic downtown Snohomish. You can come for advanced skincare, energy work, a class, a crystal, a Crystal Tones bowl, or simply the feeling of being somewhere that understands all of you.
Outside Sirona, life is usually Mike, our fur babies, a garden project, travel dreams, and some new idea taking over the dining table. That creative streak has now become Hayden Made Studios, where Mike and I turn curiosity into pieces you can hold. Pisces sun, Leo moon, Gemini rising. Honestly, the plot checks out.
The name carries the spirit of the place.
Sirona is a Celtic goddess of healing springs, restoration, vitality, and the wisdom carried by water. She is often shown with a serpent, an ancient symbol of shedding, renewal, and becoming.
Her story held everything I wanted this place to be. Beauty with depth. Healing that moves in more than one direction. A place where science and spirit are welcome at the same table.
