An Energy Alchemy Session is a deeply intuitive 1:1 energy experience. I work with your body's field — reading what's present, clearing what's stuck, and helping your nervous system find its way back to itself. No two sessions look the same. I follow what your body shows me, not a formula.
Most people walk out saying some version of the same thing: "I don't know exactly what happened in there, but I feel different."
That's the work.

Reiki
The foundation. Universal life force energy channeled through the hands — supporting your body's natural ability to heal, regulate, and return to itself.
Mind/Body Recoding
We don't just carry stress in our minds or our muscles — we carry it in both, woven together. Mind/Body Recoding works with the nervous system, thought patterns, and cellular memory to realign and recode what's been running on loop. Old beliefs, emotional patterns, stored experiences — we find them and rewrite them at the root.
Star Healing
A multidimensional healing modality that works beyond the physical body. This is the deeper clearing work — releasing energetic interference and opening you to frequencies that support expansion and alignment.
Spirit Optimizers
Sacred tools developed by Shaman Durek that work directly with your energy field — clearing what's in the way and amplifying your life force. Woven in intuitively based on what your session needs.
Crystal Healing
Crystals are placed intentionally on and around the body throughout your session — each chosen to support clearing, alignment, and energetic amplification in the specific areas that need it.
Sound Healing
When called for, Crystal Tones alchemy singing bowls are brought in to move energy through the body at a frequency level. Sound reaches places that hands alone sometimes can't.

No. Your body doesn't need your permission or your belief to respond. I've had the most skeptical people walk out completely floored. Just show up and be open — that's enough.

Not in my experience. Energy is not a religion — it's not asking you to believe in anything new or let go of what you already hold. People from all different faith backgrounds receive this work. If anything, most people find it deepens their sense of connection, whatever that looks like for them.

That happens sometimes, especially the first session. Your nervous system is still taking it in even when you can't feel it. Most people notice being more relaxed, and/or noticing the changes a few hours later or how much better they slept.

It's different, not lesser. The energy work translates — the reading, the clearing, the shift — it all happens. What's different is the physical environment and the touch elements. Some people actually prefer virtual from the comfort of their own space. (just make sure you are in a quiet comfortable space)
