Sirona began with skincare. I was looking for a new career and answers for skin I had struggled with since my teens. Then I started giving facials and felt the energy exchange happening in the room. I knew there was more here than skin.

Hi, I’m Tawnya.
I’m Tawnya. For more than 13 years, I have followed the threads that connect skin, the nervous system, energy, breath, and the stories our bodies carry.
My training spans advanced esthetics, lymphatic work, facial massage, Reiki, breathwork, Kundalini yoga, somatic coaching, sound healing, hypnotherapy, and Past Life Regression. I do not work from a checklist of techniques. I pay attention to the person in front of me and bring together what will support them that day.
Sirona is the place I could not find anywhere else: part treatment room, part studio, part crystal sanctuary. You may come in for a facial, energy work, a class, a crystal, or a sound bowl. However you arrive, the intention is the same: to help you feel more like yourself when you leave.
That first facial led me into a lifetime of learning. Skin taught me to pay attention to what the body is saying. Energy work taught me that what we carry does not always begin at the surface. Breath, sound, movement, and somatic work showed me how much can change when the nervous system finally has room to exhale.
Outside Sirona, I am usually with my husband and fur babies, pretending our Snohomish home is a mini homestead, fussing over the garden, planning the next trip, or signing up for another class because apparently I do not know how to have only one interest. I’m a Pisces sun, Leo moon, Gemini rising. Make of that what you will.
Why the name Sirona?
Sirona is a Celtic goddess associated with healing waters, renewal, and fertility. Over the years, fertility has come to mean something much larger to me: creativity, new ideas, and a life becoming more fruitful.
She is often shown with a serpent. What once creeped me out now feels like the perfect symbol for this work. The serpent sheds what no longer fits. In Kundalini, it is the energy coiled at the base of the spine, ready to rise. Skin, energy, renewal, and becoming. Somehow the name knew before I did.
You may come for one thing.
Maybe you come for a facial and leave with your neck moving differently. Maybe the migraine has eased, a new business idea arrives, or your whole energy feels rearranged. Maybe you came to shop for a crystal and found the class you needed.
Sirona was never meant to keep skin, body, nervous system, and spirit in separate rooms. Everything here is chosen to help you feel grounded, clear, cared for, and more at home in yourself.
