Grief has its own rhythm — soft, wild, slow, surprising — and it deserves spaces where it can be held with tenderness. This circle is an invitation to gather, breathe, and let the weight you’ve been carrying be witnessed by others who understand what it means to love and to lose.
I’m Shanna Williams, a trauma-informed somatic coach, astrologer, and regenerative farmer. The more I work with both land and people, the more I see how much we need spaces to root into together — places where we can bring the truth of what we feel and be met with warmth, honesty, and belonging.
My intention is for this to become a monthly community gathering, a steady place to return to. A spot in your month where you can anchor, be seen, listen, share (if you want to), or simply sit among others who get it. You don’t have to know what to say. You don’t have to be “okay.” Showing up is enough.
This circle is open to anyone navigating grief — recent or old, clear or complicated, named or wordless. Come as you are. There is a place for you here.
This gathering is offered as a donation-based community space. Your presence is truly enough. If you feel resourced to contribute, donations help sustain these circles and allow them to remain accessible to everyone.
